Rolly Munro Hollowing Tools
The Munro Hollower is the culmination of over 10 years of experimenting with hollowing tool design.
It has been designed around a robust and inexpensive cutting tip, the tips are very hard wearing, other tool tips are up to ten times more expensive to replace.
The tool comes with long & short cast stainless steel links, allowing for hollowing around corners and under shoulders of hollow forms.
The tubular aluminium handle with tactile EVA grip is light, and gives excellent support when hollowing a very deep vessel, while leaving the user the option of adding ballast in the form of shot if required. The lightness of the handle means the tool is a dream to use on finer cuts where sensitivity is desirable.
