Carroll's Woodcraft Supplies is owned and operated by Jim Carroll & Irene Brook. We have been in operation since March 1995 and in that time have expanded from a small part time operation to what we are today Full time and catering to all the wants & needs of the woodworking community.
For those wishing to visit our shop our hours are,
Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm,
Saturday 10am - 1pm,
Closed Sundays, Public Holidays, Long Weekends and when we are involved with shows. If in doubt please call ahead so as not to be dissapointed.

All prices are stated in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive
All prices shown include Australian GST,for export orders no GST will be charged,to work out the discount divide the total by 11,then subtract this from the total. eg 300 /11 = 27.27 Overseas end price is $300 - $27.27 = $272.73

Freight
All freight is allocated to the best way possible either Australia Post or Star Track. Unless you have your own courier that you prefer to use.
Payment
We accept American Express, JCB, Bankcard, Mastercard or Visa. Direct deposit to our account or money orders and cheques prior to delivery of goods
Back orders
When an item is out of stock we will notify you and advise you of a possible delivery date . We will then send it to you at the later date or cancell the order at your request.
Refunds
We will gladly refund or exchange faulty goods as long as they are returned in original condition. Please advise us prior to sending the goods back and what your complaint is. We may be able to remedy the problem over the phone.

Your privacy is very important to us at Carroll's Woodcraft Supplies
Only when you place an order is your personal information required. Information required are name, address, shipping address if differant to postal address, phone number and order details. These details are required so that we can process your order and respond to any problem with your order and can arrange delivery .
We do not sell or rent any personel information.
